2022 Wimbledon Championships Introduction
The 2022 Wimbledon Championships is one of the biggest tennis events. This championship has been held in the United Kingdom over a period of 130 years.
Usually held in London, this event is played at different times of the year. The championships are played in July and August before the US Open.
The 134th edition was staged from 28 June 2021 to 11 July 2021, following from the 2020 cancellation. The 135th edition is scheduled to take place between 27 June 2022 and 10 July 2022, with Sunday expected to be staged for the first time.
