Have you ever experienced the feeling of not being enough? No matter what the purpose is, this has to be one of the most frustrating feelings.
It’s worse, nonetheless, when it comes to having great expectations and then letting someone tell you that you are nobody yet! With all due respect, expectations are your biggest enemy, but that’s another story.
This is one of my most unique experiences, coming out of high school with a great portfolio. At least I thought it was a great portfolio!
I was happy to study remotely, and I wanted to earn some money for the first time after working as an Intern for more than 2 years. Who knew that I’d be significantly disappointed a month later when I had been rejected by 8jobs of my choice.
And then, I knew what the issue was. I knew what would make all employers look at my CV and just stay there for a second. What would prevent me from directly going to the pile of the not-good-enough CVs?
